1st Classen Physical Therapy, Katy, is privately owned and operated by William Classen and Dr. Kristen Classen, opening our doors in 2020. Our clinic is one of the few that use a 1-1 patient-to-staff-member holistic treatment approach, allowing for extensive and unique clinical experience. We opened with the heart to help people and continue to strive toward this goal daily. We train with the most recent evidence-based research in mind, hold in-services to practice our skills and daily huddles for continuity of care, and continue to update our CCU in order to stay current. We couple and market with doctors in the area, offering an open line of communication for improved overall medical treatment. If we have not met your doctor, please let us know, and we will be happy to include them in our future marketing days, as well as offer our direct numbers for any information they would like to provide to our staff.
We couple hands-on manual treatment with movement, body mechanics training, postural training, breathing/mental imagery, and levels of functional activity to improve tissue health and promote healing. These techniques allow patients to return to higher functional levels. We optimize the last few weeks of therapy so patients can return to sports, the gym, or activities they enjoy at the same or higher level of performance, as our goal is to help you reach your goals.
